Rabbit Trail Index

Lucas and Garrison Rabbit Trail Index

Lucas and Garrison was originally developed to research the 104 residents and institutions located on Compton and Dry's Plate 71 of their exhaustive Pictorial Directory in 1875. As the research project progressed, many interesting "rabbit trails" came to the fore when studying the historical storylines of some of the residents. These rabbit trails paint a more extensive picture of St. Louis in 1875. This ever-growing, sortable index lists the rabbit trails that rose from the specific profiles that spawned them.
